We are excited to announce that as part of the integration and upgrade program, we will be migrating our phone systems today at 12:00 (noon) and expect the migration to be completed within 30 minutes. Although we do not anticipate any downtime during the migration there is a possibility that lines may be unavailable in the few minutes after the switch.
The new system brings vastly improved stability & tools to our inbound and outbound lines which we are looking forward to deploying - we will post an update when the migration has successfully completed.
