Our backend platform's Firewall will be undertaking maintenance for 2 hours on October 15, 2024 from 18:00pm to 20:00pm AEDT
The following services are affected and have limited availability during the maintenance:
Domain Registrations Domain Transfers cPanel access through the TPP Console WHOIS Lookups
Direct access into cPanel, along with DNS resolution are not affected and will continue to work as expected. Any registrations, renewals, transfers & cPanel orders submitted during this time will be captured by the system and processed as soon as possible.

This scheduled maintenance affected: cPanel Hosting (cPanel Management, cPanel Provisioning) and TPP Wholesale Console (Domain Name Management).
