We are continuing to work with our Microsoft 365 Partner to resolve any expiring relationships by extending the GDAP relationship where possible. For customers that have received the email from Microsoft and if you require any support from TPP that requires access to the 365 Tenant, please contact our Support team directly in order to re-establish the GDAP Relationship.

Update

We have confirmed with our Microsoft 365 Partner that the recent email about "Your Granular admin relationship with CentralNic Group Australia expires soon" pertains to Microsoft’s new Granular Delegated Admin Permissions (GDAP) system.

- No Service Impact: Your Microsoft 365 services and license purchases through TPP Wholesale are unaffected.
- GDAP Guidelines: The email is related to Microsoft’s updated security measures for administrative access, which we are addressing to ensure compliance.

Investigating

We have been made aware of Microsoft 365 customers receiving an email from Microsoft directly with the subject "Your Granular admin relationship with CentralNic Group Australia expires soon". Please be advised that this happened without our prior knowledge and we have reached out to our Microsoft 365 Partner for urgent clarification.

From our understanding, we believe that this is in relation to the strict guidelines that Microsoft have in place for Administrative rights that are assigned to TPP Wholesale, in order to access the tenant. Please understand that there is no impact to the Microsoft 365 service itself, along with the ability to purchase licenses through TPP.

We will provide an update on this matter as soon as we have clarified the situation with our Partner.
