Our backend platform's Firewall will be undertaking scheduled maintenance for 4 hours on November 27th, 2024 from 20:00pm to 12:00am AEDT

The following services are affected and have limited availability during the maintenance:

Domain Registrations
Domain Transfers
Domain Renewals
cPanel access through the TPP Console
WHOIS Lookups

Direct access into cPanel, along with DNS resolution are not affected and will continue to work as expected. Any registrations, renewals, transfers & cPanel orders submitted during this time will be captured by the system and processed as soon as possible.
