Please be aware that on the 26th June 2022, there will be a scheduled outage impacting a number of TPP solutions - details are below:

Services impacted Reseller Portal API White Label
Please be advised that the FTP hostname for the Theme FTP User Details in your Reseller portal will be changed. You will need to use the updated FTP hostname of wl-ftp.partnerconsole.net to access FTP to manage your reseller theme.
Please note that no data will be lost and all sites will stay active, however the FTP endpoint will need to be updated.
This outage will be conducted as the final step in transitioning the ownership and management of the Reseller Console from the previous owner to TPP Wholesale (a CentralNic Group PLC brand).
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
